What makes these glasses interesting is how lightweight they are – just 39 grams on your face. KTC went with a sleek matte black look and gradient lenses, building the frame from tough nylon with thoughtfully designed 4mm slim arms. They’ve angled everything just right too, with a 10-degree outward hinge and 8.6-degree forward tilt that should keep you comfortable during extended wear. Plus, if you need prescription lenses, you can swap out the standard ones.

The camera setup is pretty impressive for something this small. KTC packed in a 12-megapixel Sony sensor that shoots 3024×4032 photos and 1440×1920 video at 30fps from your perspective. They’ve included all the modern camera essentials – electronic stabilization (EIS), HDR, quick 0.8-second shutter response, and noise reduction for cleaner shots. The Qualcomm Snapdragon AR1 chip handles all the processing, keeping everything running smoothly whether you’re recording or chatting with the AI.

Speaking of AI, these glasses really shine with voice features powered by the Doubao language model. You can ask about your schedule, get quick translations in 16 languages (including the usual suspects like English, Chinese, Japanese, and French), or just have a conversation for help with whatever you need.

For audio, there’s a five-microphone array that automatically kicks in during calls or video recording, complete with noise reduction and echo cancellation. The built-in speakers mean you don’t need separate earbuds for music or AI responses.

Coming to the battery life, the glasses themselves have a 173mAh battery good for about 3 hours of AI chat, 40 minutes of continuous video, or 4 hours of music. The real winner is the 3000mAh charging case that can top up the glasses 12 times, giving you plenty of juice for extended use.

KTC covered the connectivity basics with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3, plus they added IP54 water and dust resistance. It includes a physical privacy indicator light that activates when the camera is in use. The company states that no personal data is uploaded to the cloud. The glasses measure approximately 151.97mm in width and are designed to fit a variety of face shapes.

In related news, KTC recently launched a 27-inch 2K gaming monitor with a 320Hz refresh rate priced at just $165, along with another model that could be the most affordable way to experience 260Hz gaming.
