Segway unveils new Navimow robotic lawn mower lineup at CES 2026

Segway has announced a new range of Navimow robotic lawn mowers at CES 2026, expanding its portfolio with multiple models aimed at residential and commercial lawns of varying sizes and terrain complexity.

The new lineup includes the X4 Series, i2 Series (including AWD and LiDAR variants), H2 Series and Terranox Series, all of which use wire-free installation and rely on a combination of RTK positioning, vision systems and solid-state LiDAR for navigation.

Wire-free installation and upgraded navigation

Segway says all new Navimow models are designed around a “drop and mow” setup, removing the need for perimeter wires or physical antenna stations.

Instead, the mowers use multi-modal navigation that combines network RTK, visual SLAM and, on select models, solid-state LiDAR to map and navigate lawns with centimetre-level accuracy, with the onboard network RTK provided free to users without requiring a separate reference station.

The company has also partnered with RoboSense to integrate solid-state LiDAR into certain models, which Segway says improves obstacle detection and reliability in low-light or complex environments. According to Segway, these systems allow the mowers to operate under trees, on narrow paths and on uneven ground without losing positioning accuracy.

Several models feature Segway’s turf-safe Xero-turn AWD system, designed to improve traction on slopes while reducing grass damage during turns. Segway says the new range improves handling on steep inclines, tight corners and mixed terrain, while maintaining consistent cutting performance.

Models for homes and commercial use

The flagship X4 Series is aimed at large residential lawns, with two models covering up to one and 1.5 acres. The range includes the X430, priced at $2,499, and the X450, priced at $2,999.

Segway says the X4 can handle slopes of up to 84 percent and uses a dual cutting system designed for dense grass types. Pricing starts at $2,499.

For smaller gardens, the i2 Series includes AWD and LiDAR variants, with coverage ranging from 0.15 to 0.37 acres depending on the model. Prices start at $999 for the i206 AWD, with the i210 AWD priced at $1,299, while the i215 LiDAR targets more complex gardens requiring advanced mapping and navigation.

The H2 Series targets more complex residential layouts, combining LiDAR, vision and RTK navigation for lawns up to 0.5 acres.

At the top end, the Terranox Series is designed for commercial use, with models capable of covering up to six acres, including variants for three- and six-acre sites. Segway says it can be paired with Fleet Management software, allowing professionals to monitor and manage multiple mowers remotely.

The new Navimow lineup is debuting at CES 2026 in Las Vegas. Pre-orders for the i2 AWD and X4 Series open on January 16, with wider availability and pricing for other models to be announced later.
