During the MWC 2026 event, Motorola introduced the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion, expanding its premium mid-range portfolio with a refined design and upgraded hardware. The announcement also suggests two different processor versions, one for global markets and another specifically for India. The Indian variant appears to bring notable changes, setting it slightly apart from the international model.
Motorola Edge 70 Fusion specifications and features

The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion focuses heavily on design and durability. It features a quad-curved body where the curved front glass blends smoothly into the rear panel, giving it a slimmer and more refined in-hand feel. The global model measures 7.2mm in thickness and weighs around 177g, while still packing a 5,200mAh battery. It carries IP68 and IP69 ratings along with MIL-STD-810H certification and Gorilla Glass 7i protection.
On the front, the device sports a 6.78-inch quad-curved OLED display with a 1272p+ resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. Peak brightness is rated at 5,200 nits, making it suitable for outdoor visibility. Audio performance is supported by dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio support.

Powering the global version is the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset built on TSMC’s N4 process, paired with performance improvements over its predecessor. Interestingly, Motorola Edge 70 Fusion teasers on Flipkart in India mention the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, indicating that the Indian edition may feature a newer processor. The India model is also confirmed to include a significantly larger 7,000mAh battery and is launching on March 6. Reports suggest this variant could later reach global markets under the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ branding.
For imaging, the phone features a 50-megapixel Sony LYTIA 710 main sensor with OIS, accompanied by a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens with macro support. The front houses a 32-megapixel selfie camera capable of 4K video recording. The device runs Motorola’s AI suite, offering on-device content generation, contextual assistance, and enhanced photo processing.
Motorola Edge 70 Fusion price and availability

The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion will roll out across select regions in Latin America, EMEA and Asia Pacific. Pricing details for global markets are yet to be officially announced. it will come in Pantone shades, such a Orient Blue, Sporting Green, Blue Surf, Country Air, and Silhouette.
In India, the device is scheduled to launch on March 6, with official Rs pricing expected at the event.
