ViewSonic has launched the VA27G11-2 monitor, a 27-inch IPS display with a 1080p resolution and a refresh rate of up to 175Hz. The monitor is priced at 579 yuan ($84) and targets both gamers and general users.

The VA27G11-2 provides a native refresh rate of 144Hz, which can be overclocked to 175Hz for smoother motion in high-speed gaming. The panel delivers a 1ms MPRT response time and a 5ms gray-to-gray response time. The monitor uses a 16:9 aspect ratio and offers viewing angles of 178 degrees.
The IPS panel supports Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080) and features a typical brightness of 350 nits. It achieves a 1500:1 contrast ratio. ViewSonic states that the screen reproduces 100% of the sRGB color gamut and supports 16.7 million colors. The display uses an 8-bit color depth based on a 6-bit plus FRC structure.


The VA27G11-2 includes several gaming-focused features. It supports AMD FreeSync and Nvidia G-Sync technologies to reduce screen tearing and stuttering. It also offers a black stabilization feature to improve visibility in dark scenes and a built-in crosshair mode. The monitor supports HDR10 content, enhancing detail and color in compatible media.
For eye comfort, ViewSonic has included flicker-free technology and hardware-level low blue light reduction, which help reduce strain during long usage sessions. The monitor comes with an anti-glare screen coating with 3H hardness and 25% haze, which minimizes reflections in bright environments.
The VA27G11-2 features two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4, an audio out port, and supports HDCP 1.4/2.2 standards. It offers tilt adjustment from -5° to 20° and VESA 100 × 100 compatibility for wall mounting.
