Anker has introduced the Soundcore Boom 3i, a new rugged Bluetooth speaker designed for outdoor enthusiasts.
The Boom 3i is built for extreme environments. Its IP68 rating ensures water and dust resistance, including tolerance to saltwater. It also withstands drops from up to one meter. Measuring 210 x 85 x 78.5 mm, the speaker is easily portable with an integrated strap.
Audio output peaks at 50W, reaching 96 dB. Anker’s BassUp 2.0 technology enhances low-end frequencies, though it can be disabled for a balanced sound. Stereo pairing is possible with two Boom 3i units.
Battery life extends to 16 hours on a single charge, ideal for prolonged outdoor activities. A unique “dust shake” function aids in maintaining speaker cleanliness.
Further functionality is accessible via the Soundcore app, offering voice messaging, sound profile customization, and device management. Priced at $189.99, it’s currently available on Anker’s website with a $40 checkout discount.
