MartinLogan adds two sealed subwoofers, the Grotto 12 and Grotto 15. Each uses a Hybrid Woofer System with one active aluminum driver and two same-size aluminum passive radiators, backed by the Magnitude MT-2kW amplifier (2000W peak/1000W continuous) and an ultra-high-resolution Vojtko DSP engine. Wireless control and signal connection are built in, with ARC room correction support.

The company touts ported-like output and lower distortion in a compact, sealed package. App control, presets, and anti-vibration feet aim at easier setup and integration.
Key details: Grotto 12 is rated at 22–120Hz, ±3dB (anechoic via LFE). It uses a triple 12″ system in a sealed 1″ MDF cabinet with a center brace. Inputs include line-level L/R and LFE, XLR LFE, and speaker-level; an integrated wireless receiver with a transmitter is included. There’s an RCA sub out for daisy-chaining. Max power draw is 1000W; standby is
