ASUS has expanded its 2025 laptop lineup with two new offerings that cater to audiences. So here’s the specs, pricing, and more.

ASUS Vivobook S16

Back in June, ASUS unveiled the Vivobook S14 and Vivobook S16 with Intel’s latest Core Ultra processors that offered powerful performance. Now, the Vivobook S16 model has been refreshed with the Snapdragon X CPU. This is an entry level chip from Qualcomm, making it more affordable and offering superior battery life. You also get 45 TOPS of NPU on this chip, which supports Copilot+ features as well as ASUS AI apps. The processor is paired with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD.

On the front, you get a tall 16-inch OLED display with a FHD+ resolution (1920 x 1200 pixels), 16:10 aspect ratio, 300 nits of peak brightness, and 95% DCI-PC color gamut. A sizeable 70Wh battery pack powers this model, which supports 65W charging via USB-C. All of this is packed in a lightweight form factor, with the Vivobook S16 weighing just 1.74 kilograms. So it is quite portable despite its large screen real estate. Other notable features include FHD webcam with IR, backlit keyboard, Dolby Atmos certified dual speakers, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and Windows 11 Home out of the box.
