BenQ has introduced its new EW90U Series monitors in India, featuring two models—the 27-inch EW2790U and the 32-inch EW3290U. According to BenQ India’s Managing Director, Rajeev Singh, these displays are built to support modern hybrid lifestyles by offering a single screen for entertainment, productivity, and casual gaming. The monitors combine high-resolution visuals, advanced sound, and smart features for a seamless home experience.
BenQ EW2790U, EW3290U key specifications and features
Both models offer true 4K UHD resolution (3840 x 2160) with HDR10 and VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification. While the 27-inch EW2790U covers 95 percent of the DCI-P3 colour gamut, the larger EW3290U extends that to 98 percent, making them suitable for tasks like colour grading or streaming movies. An AI-Optimised Contrast feature enhances image quality in real-time based on both ambient lighting and on-screen visuals.
On the audio front, the EW2790U includes dual 5W speakers, while the EW3290U features a 2.1 channel setup with twin 2W speakers and a 5W woofer. Six audio presets, including Cinema, Dialogue, and Game, allow users to tailor the sound to their content.
The EW3290U also brings in smart ergonomics and usability with a dedicated remote, scenario hotkeys for switching modes, and the Display Pilot 2 software that includes a Pomodoro timer and audio equaliser. Eye-care tech such as Low Blue Light Plus, Flicker-Free display, and Brightness Intelligence Plus Gen2 ensures all-day viewing comfort. Both monitors are equipped with USB-C (65W PD), HDMI 2.0, and USB-A ports for smooth connectivity.

The EW2790U is priced at Rs 28,498, while the EW3290U costs Rs 40,998. Both monitors are available via leading online retailers and BenQ’s authorised offline partners across India.
