Casio AQ230A-2A1M Specifications
The AQ230A-2A1M combines a retro-inspired design with modern functionality. The angular case frames a simple analog dial paired with a small digital display. Casio designed the watch to provide essential features while maintaining a minimalist aesthetic. The new color option follows current trends and adds a fresh, vibrant look to the classic design.
Casio equipped the watch with an adjustable stainless steel band and a chrome-plated bezel. The lightweight design, weighing just 47 grams, ensures comfortable wear for both casual outings and formal events. The watch offers water resistance for added durability, making it suitable for daily use.

The AQ230A-2A1M includes several practical features. The digital display supports dual time zones, a 1/100-second stopwatch, a daily alarm, and an auto-calendar that adjusts for months with fewer than 31 days. The watch also allows users to toggle between 12-hour and 24-hour formats. Casio powered the watch with a battery that lasts approximately three years, ensuring long-term reliability without frequent maintenance.
The case measures 38.8 x 29.8 x 8.1 mm, making it slim and compact. Casio used resin glass for the watch face, which balances durability with a lightweight build. The band fits wrist sizes ranging from 140 to 205 mm, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of users.
In related news, Casio has launched four new transparent G-Shock GA-V01 models, alongside the Casio Edifice x Honda ECB-2300HR-1A watch, which is now on sale in the US for $400.
