The rugged smartphone maker Doogee is reportedly preparing to launch two new devices later this month. Dubbed the Fire 5 Pro and Fire 5 Ultra, the phones will follow the company’s familiar formula of durable design and massive batteries. To tell us more, a new leak from GSMArena has revealed most details about them.
According to the report, the Doogee Fire 5 Ultra will be powered by MediaTek’s Helio G81 chip and run Android 15 out of the box. It features a 6.6-inch HD+ LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and an 8MP Sony IMX355 front camera. Keeping everything powered is a 13,000 mAh battery, which supports 18W wired and 5W reverse charging.

The Ultra model includes a 48MP OmniVision OV48B2Q main camera, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage, expandable up to 2TB via microSD. It also adds dual camping lights on the back that reach 1,200 lumens and can illuminate up to 8 meters. These lights double as a flashlight or SOS signal, with three dedicated modes.
On the other hand, the Fire 5 Pro shares most of the same core design and display but drops the camping lights. It uses a 13MP Samsung ISOCELL S5K3L6 camera, comes with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage, and retains the same rugged build with MIL-STD-810H, IP68, and IP69K certifications.

Both devices include NFC, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a customizable key, and will be available in Forest Green, Blaze Orange, and Twilight Gray color options.
As for pricing, the Doogee Fire 5 Pro is expected to cost $169.99, while the Fire 5 Ultra will be priced slightly higher at $199.99.
These new models will sit above the standard Fire 5, which already offers similar durability, Android 15 Go, and a 13,000 mAh battery at around €170.
