How to Factory Reset or Use the Launcher Web App to Flash Firmware for – Keychron

How to factory reset the big kitty paw key

1. Open the launcher website. Link：

2. Plug the power cable into your big kitty paw key.

3. Click the ‘Connect‘ button and select the big kitty paw key of the corresponding model. Please note that the device name will be recognized as ‘Keychron Paw Launcher‘ by the computer.

How to flash the firmware of the big kitty paw key

Mac system Windows system

Mac system:

1. Open the launcher website. Link：

2. Plug the power cable into your big kitty paw key.

3. Click the ‘Connect‘ button and select the big kitty paw key of the corresponding model. Please note that the device name will be recognized as ‘Keychron Paw Launcher‘ by the computer.

4. Click ‘Firmware Update‘ on the left.

5. When you get to the next page, please click ‘Next‘ to flash firmware, and if you need to re-select the device, please click Reconnect.

6. In the current state, unplug the USB cable and let the device disconnect.

7. While the device is disconnected, press and hold the reset button on the PCB of the Big Kitty Paw Key and simultaneously connect the device to the computer with the USB cable. Let the Big Kitty Paw Key enter the state of preparing to update the firmware. (Click to play the video below.)

8. Click the ‘Match Device ‘ button below, select the device that starts with WB, and connect it.

9. After successfully matching, click the ‘Flash Firmware‘ button to start updating the firmware.

10. Wait a while, ‘Firmware update successfully‘ is displayed at the top of the screen, Firmware Update complete.
(After completing the “Firmware Update”, you need to unplug and replug the USB cable before you can use your Big Kitty Paw Key as usual.)
