Oppo A5 5G India launch soon, price, key specifications leaked

In April, Oppo unveiled the Oppo A5 Pro 5G, equipped with a Dimensity 6300 chip and a 5,800mAh battery, in India. A new report by SmartPrix has revealed that the brand will soon launch the Oppo A5 5G in the country. The publication has shared a live shot of the phone to showcase its front design. As seen below, the snapshot—which displays the “About device” page—has revealed the key specifications of the device.

The image reveals that the Oppo A5 5G will feature a 6.6-inch (16.94cm) display with a punch-hole design. The device bears the model number CPH2751 and runs on ColorOS 15.0 based on Android 15. It also comes with the Trinity Engine as a performance booster.

The Oppo A5 5G is powered by the Dimensity 6300 chipset and a 6,000mAh battery. The phone includes 6GB of RAM, 4GB of virtual RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. Other details, such as the camera configuration and fast charging specifications, are still under wraps.

These leaks suggest that India may receive the same Oppo A5 5G model that’s already available in other countries. Therefore, the device is expected to feature an LCD panel with HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and Gorilla Glass 7i protection. It may sport an 8-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual rear camera system. Other expected features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 45W fast charging, and an IP68/IP69-rated chassis.
