With July ending, OnePlus has released its latest OxygenOS FAQ, addressing recurring user issues and clarifying updates to the operating system.

Users facing automatic device restarts are advised to update Google Play Services to version 25.25.33 or higher, which should fix the issue. For mismatched contact information between WhatsApp and the Contacts app, logging out of WhatsApp and logging back in is the recommended solution.
Some models are experiencing abnormal battery drain. OnePlus confirmed that the issue is under investigation and asked affected users to report details through the Feedback app.
The FAQ also details the rollout of the V90P00 version, which began on July 10 and was fully released by July 31. This update introduces multi-language translation features and an optimized photo gallery with one-click AI composition.
Guides for new tools were also included. Mind Space, described as a digital therapy space, can be set up through Settings > Accessibility & convenience > Mind space > Save to mind space. The Scramble clock, meant for important reminders such as games or pre-sale events, can be enabled by opening Clock > Alarm > “+” > Scramble, then setting the alarm time and customizing the date or sound alerts.
Another feature, Temporarily Block, is designed to stop notifications while gaming or watching videos. It can be activated through Settings > Notification and Control Center > Banner Notification > Temporary Block.
The July FAQ follows last month’s release and continues OnePlus’s effort to respond directly to user concerns while explaining updates.
