Panasonic is the latest to jump on the bandwagon with its latest announcement, which is a pair of open-ear earbuds that are quite affordable. So let’s check it out.
Panasonic RB-F10: Why you may want to try out these budget open-ear earphones
For those unaware, the open ear design on the Panasonic RB-F10 allows users to enjoy music without having their ear canals blocked. In other words, users can still hear the music and be aware of their surroundings. While some may not prefer this as it could get in the way of their audio experience, these kinds of earbuds are quite handy for those on the road, say a cyclist or someone going for a run.
The Panasonic RB-F10 arrives with support for Bluetooth 5.4 and multipoint connection. It also features background noise removal for clearer calls. On a single full charge, the earbuds can offer up to 7 hours of battery life, which can be expanded by 18 hours using the charging case. You can also get an hour of audio playback with just 15 minutes of charging. It houses a 17x12mm drivers with an over the ear hook design for better stability. Other notable features include two built in microphones and Siri and Google Assistant on board.
Pricing and Availability
The company announced that the new Panasonic RB-F10 was unveiled with a £79.99 price tag, which is roughly around $110. This makes it cheaper than the $200 Sony LinkBuds Open or the Bose Ultra Open earbuds.
