Portronics has launched the Vayu Cop, a portable 6-in-1 car emergency utility station designed for vehicle maintenance and roadside emergencies. The device combines several functions into a single compact unit that can inflate tyres, clean interiors, start a vehicle battery, and power small electronics.
The Vayu Cop includes a digital tyre inflator that supports up to 150 PSI. It is designed for both car and motorcycle tyres. The inflator allows precise pressure control and includes an auto shut-off feature that stops inflation once the set pressure is reached to prevent over-inflation. A built-in digital display shows tyre pressure and device status in real time.
The device also works as a vacuum cleaner and an air blower. The vacuum cleaner offers 5000Pa suction power to remove dust, crumbs, and debris from car seats, footwells, and narrow spaces. The air blower runs at 10,000 RPM and is designed to clear dust from air vents and other hard-to-reach areas inside the vehicle.
For emergency situations, the Vayu Cop includes a 12V battery jump starter. It comes with smart safety clamps that provide protection against reverse polarity, short circuits, and overcurrent while jump-starting a vehicle with a drained battery.
Portronics has also added a built-in LED flashlight with an SOS mode to improve visibility during roadside emergencies or low-light conditions. The device can also function as a power bank to charge smartphones and other small electronic devices when needed.
The unit is powered by a BLDC motor that is designed to deliver stable performance while operating with lower noise. It runs on four 2000mAh rechargeable batteries and supports Type-C charging.
In terms of design, the Vayu Cop has a compact vertical form factor with a metallic grey finish. A side handle makes it easier to carry and store in a vehicle.
