Razer has just unveiled its new Phantom Series, and true to its name, the new collection brings gaming gear with a see-through design. The brand is known for its accessories, and the latest products add transparency with the iconic RGB to the mix. The Phantom Series is a bold aesthetic aimed at gamers, so here’s what we know.
Razer Phantom Series Debuts with Translucent Gaming Accessories
The popular gaming brand has announced a refreshing take on some of its existing lineup, by making the Basilisk V3 Pro 35K, Barracude X Chroma, and BlackWidow V4 75% with a translucent body. In other words, you get a view of some of the inner workings of these devices. Considering how these also support Razer’s Chroma RGB tech, the lighting effects are a lot more prominent now.
The see-through gaming mouse, the Basilisk V3 Pro 35K is a wireless gaming mouse with a Focus Pro 35K optical sensor, and this new Phantom variant sells for 169.99 US Dollars. Similarly, the BlackWidow V4 75% gaming keyboard from the Phantom collection carries a 199.99 US Dollars. This keyboard houses clear ABS keycaps, allowing for the RGB effects on each key to shine through.
Lastly, we have the Razer Barracuda X Chroma that also has a semi-clear chassis around the earcups. This gaming headset retails for 139.99 US Dollars and offers dual Bluetooth and HyperSpeed RF connectivity along with a six-zone Chroma display. This launch also arrives mere days after the company announced the Razer Blade 18, which lets you switch between 4K@240Hz and 1080p@440Hz with the push of a switch, and the Razer Blade 14 (the thinnest 14-inch gaming laptop).
