Segway has announced a new series of robot lawn mowers to add to its already extensive portfolio.
The X3 Series joins the H Series that launched in 2022 and the I Series that launched in 2024 with a range of new features, including faster charging, better positioning and faster mowing.
There are four models within the X3 Series range including the X315, X330, X350 and X390, with the range itself designed to handle lawns up to 10,000m2.
All four models have a dot matrix screen on top to show real-time updates and they also all come with three cameras and a Time-of-Flight sensor.
The three camera and ToF sensor enable a 300-degree field of view, as well as obstacle detection, with over 200 obstacles recognised, including 13 animals.

Ultra-fast charging is supported on all four models, with 30 minutes of charge delivering 500 square meters of mowing, and 5,000 square meters can be covered in 24 hours on the new battery.
A new 6-blade system is also on board to try and avoid the “you missed a bit” issues, while an anti-clogging blade disc should mean grass doesn’t get caught despite the accelerated mowing speed available on the X3 Series models.

The Navimow X3 Series also have an upgraded Exact Fusion Location System (EFLS) called EFLS 3.0 that features three-frequency Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) coverage – said to offer 20-30% better signal coverage – along with improved Visual Simultaneous Localisation and Mapping (VSLAM), and Visual Inertial Odometry (VIO) technology.
The Navimow X3 Series are all controlled via the accompanying Navimow app, which has recently been updated to Navimow OS 3, adding a number of additional features, not only to the X3 Series but Segway’s current mower offering.
The OTA update to the app included a child lock feature that can be activated through the app, voice feedback on the mower status, an improved version of the Doodle feature and multi-device management for those that have more than one Navimow mower. A lifted alarm feature was also added, along with Google Home support.
