TCL’s sub-brand FFALCON has launched the Thunderbird 2026 Crane 7 Pro QD-Mini LED TV series. The lineup includes four size options: 65 inches, 75 inches, 85 inches, and 98 inches. The pre-sale has begun in China with a promotional starting price of 5,999 yuan (approximately $869) for the 65-inch model after coupons. The official sale will start on March 12 at 8 PM.

The standard pricing for the models starts at 6,099 yuan (approximately $854) for the 65-inch version, 7,799 yuan (approximately $1,092) for the 75-inch version, 9,999 yuan (approximately $1,400) for the 85-inch version, and 14,999 yuan (approximately $2,100) for the 98-inch version.
The TV series features a QD-Mini LED Butterfly Wing HVA panel with a 7000:1 static contrast ratio for deep blacks and bright highlights. It has low-reflection coatings reducing glare to 1.8% and extremely minimal bezels, offering nearly 100% screen coverage for an immersive experience.
The Mini LED backlight system features up to 3,840 local dimming zones (98-inch version), XDR brightness technology for up to 5,000 nits peak brightness, and Quantum Dot Pro 2026 technology, achieving 98% DCI-P3 color coverage.


The TV supports 4K resolution with a 150Hz refresh rate and VRR up to 300Hz for smoother motion. It includes gaming features like MEMC, automatic low-latency mode, and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro to reduce screen tearing, input lag, and motion blur. Additionally, it supports HDR formats such as Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and IMAX Enhanced.
The integrated Onkyo 2.2.2 Hi-Fi audio system delivers immersive sound. The setup includes eight drivers, with upward-firing channels for Dolby Atmos effects and dedicated subwoofers for deep bass.
The Thunderbird 2026 Crane 7 Pro runs on the Lingkong UI 3.0 with a clean, ad-free interface, customizable home screens, and multitasking. It features a MediaTek MT9655 processor, 4GB RAM, 128GB storage, four HDMI 2.1 ports, WiFi 6, USB 3.0, and supports FTP and WebDAV media playback protocols.
