Volvo S90 gets new look and interior update

Volvo S90 has been updated with an additional electrical range for a fresh face, upgraded interior technology and plugin hybrid version.

Visual changes include a new front grill, which is found in front of the revised XC90 and XC60 SUVS as well as sharp -visible lighting signatures, which brings it according to the new ES90 EV.

The purpose of additional sound insulation is to increase the interior dispersion and the adaptive suspension has been made to a full extent.

Inside, the 11.2in touch screen infotining system has been updated to improve its response and can now be updated over the air.

The car will be presented with the choice of light hybrid and plugin hybrid power trains. Volvo has not yet released performance data, but the PHEV’s electric range has been increased from 46 miles to 50.

It is not expected that the new S90 will arrive in the UK. The salon was removed two years ago from the Wolovo lineup in the UK as poor sales and brand power models were emphasized at that time. It left Volvo buyers to choose one of the small S60 salon, V90 State or the firm’s SUV.

Volvo is instead preferring international markets for the S90. This model will be developed in China this summer, followed by other countries.

“S90 is an important part of our product portfolio for the years to come in our Asian markets,” said Eric Savaninson, chief of the Volvo Product and Strategy.

S90’s de facto successor, ES90, is coming to the UK next year. Prices will be less than $ 90,000 to about $ 90,000.
